As a Yoga coach based in the Horwich, Feel good flow by KJ,52 Lee Lane.My main goal is to lead others down the long path of discovery that yoga provides. Whether you want to move your body, reach spiritual growth, or be more present, we know you’ll benefit from our practice. I Kadie-Jade at Feel good flow by KJ, promises to give my expertise and commitment to each and every student, no matter their needs or skill level. FEEL GOOD VINYASA FLOW CLASS
Ready to roll out your mat and get started with yoga poses? This class has a little bit of everything: Breathework, Asana & meditation. If you are looking for a class that offers a combination of activeness and rest, this class is for you!
PRIVATE 1 TO 1
A private is a great way to dive into your wellness journey. We often find that those who enroll in our classes are surprised and excited by their own capacities, and through this 1 to 1 private practice you will discover a whole new world that yoga has to offer.
PRIVATE GROUP
A private group class is most popular class, and offers the opportunity to explore a wide range of poses and techniques. Together with the coach's guidance, you will be able to challenge yourself and reach all new heights. As well as having fun with your close yogis whilst encouraging each other, as well as the coach.
KIDS YOGA
Teaching a child to deal with life’s stresses, throughout their development is important.
Learning to work with their body and breathing techniques helps them relax and manage their emotions.
Kalmar kids yoga sessions can help your child cope with life’s stresses, equipping them for life, whilst having lots of fun along the way.
CHAIR BASED YOGA
Chair yoga is an adapted yoga practice that allows you to stay seated and use the chair to be support when on your feet, while practicing yoga focused poses. It can be practiced by anyone who wants to enjoy the benefits of yoga and may (or may not) have mobility limitations. For example, chair yoga is great for anyone who needs more support, is managing an injury, or wants a more therapeutic approach to the practice.
HOT 60 YOGA
Hot 60 is a 60 minute , set sequence practice. Hot yoga is a more intense yoga performed in a room heated above normal room temperature. It can range in temperature between 80–100°F (26.6–37.7°C)We use a infered heating system that provides even more benefits such as, detoxification of the body, helps with pain relief, reduction of muscle tension and helps you relax even more during the practice
MEMBER ACCESS ONLINE YOGA CLASSES
Our online practice gives you the opportunity to explore your journey where ever you may be and at a time convenient for you.
Classes can be hard to attend in person for various reasons. Now Feel good flow by KJ is bringing classes to you when ever you need.
2 pre recorded class and a live. You will be added to a members only Facebook group and can practice when is best for you!
HATHA YOGA
Rise and shine morning practice is a hatha yoga practice. This is a slow pace practice, where we hold the posture for a number of breaths.
